To access most features on the Welldux platform, you must create an account using accurate and up-to-date information, including a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password, and for all activities that occur under your account.

Please keep your login credentials confidential. Sharing your account with others is not permitted, and you may not use another person's account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission or you notice any suspicious activity, contact our Support Team immediately.

You must meet the minimum legal age required to use online services in your country to create a Welldux account. If we determine that an account was created in violation of these requirements or contains false information, we may suspend or terminate the account.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting our Support Team. Certain information may be retained as required by applicable laws or our Privacy Policy.

When you enroll in a course or other learning content on Welldux, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use that content through the Welldux platform for your personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes only. Content is licensed to you—not sold.

Your enrollment does not grant you ownership of any course materials or intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, record, download (except where explicitly permitted), sell, rent, sublicense, share, publicly display, or otherwise use any content outside the Welldux platform without prior written permission from Welldux or the respective content owner.

Course creators and instructors retain ownership of the content they publish while granting Welldux the right to host, distribute, and make that content available to enrolled learners through the Services.

Unless otherwise stated, learners receive ongoing access to purchased courses. However, Welldux reserves the right to suspend, modify, or remove access to any content if required by law, due to copyright claims, policy violations, technical reasons, or if the content is removed from the platform.

Where courses are provided through subscriptions, institutional licenses, limited-time enrollments, or promotional access, access will remain available only for the applicable subscription or access period.

Instructors may update, improve, or discontinue supplementary services associated with a course, such as live sessions, mentoring, discussion forums, assignments, or Q&A support. Continued access applies to the course content available through Welldux and does not guarantee the ongoing availability of additional instructor services.

3.1 Pricing

Course and service prices on Welldux are determined by Welldux or the respective course provider and may vary based on promotions, subscription plans, institutional partnerships, or regional pricing. Prices displayed at checkout are final at the time of purchase and may change without prior notice.

Applicable taxes, including VAT, GST, or other local taxes, may be included in the displayed price or added during checkout, depending on your location and applicable laws.

3.2 Payments

By purchasing any course or service on Welldux, you agree to pay all applicable fees using a valid and authorized payment method. Welldux may process payments through trusted third-party payment providers to ensure secure transactions.

If a payment is declined, reversed, or remains unpaid after access has been granted, Welldux reserves the right to suspend or revoke your access to the purchased Services until full payment is received.

3.3 Refund Policy

Welldux strives to provide high-quality learning experiences. If you are not satisfied with an eligible course purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the refund rules in this section.

Refund eligibility may be denied if:

• A substantial portion of the course has already been completed or accessed.
• The request is made after the applicable refund period.
• The purchase relates to subscriptions, live coaching, certifications, digital downloads, or other non-refundable services unless otherwise stated.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or policy-violating activity is detected.

Approved refunds will be processed either to the original payment method or as Welldux account credit, depending on the payment method used and applicable payment provider policies.

3.4 Promotional Offers and Credits

Welldux may occasionally provide promotional codes, coupons, gift vouchers, referral rewards, or account credits. These offers are subject to their specific terms and expiration dates and may only be used for eligible purchases on the Welldux platform.

Promotional credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by applicable law. Welldux reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotional offers at any time and to invalidate any promotional code obtained or used fraudulently.

Welldux is designed to provide a safe, respectful, and professional learning environment. By using the Services, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms of Use.

As a user, you are responsible for all content you create, upload, share, or publish on Welldux, including courses, assignments, assessments, comments, reviews, messages, and other materials. You agree not to:

• Upload or share false, misleading, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or unlawful content.
• Violate the intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights of any person or organization.
• Copy, distribute, or use copyrighted materials without proper authorization.

Learners are responsible for ensuring that assignments, assessments, and other submissions are their own original work unless otherwise permitted.

Welldux reserves the right to review, remove, restrict, or disable any content that violates these Terms, infringes intellectual property rights, poses security risks, or is otherwise considered inappropriate. We may suspend or terminate user accounts, temporarily or permanently, for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activities, non-payment, prolonged inactivity, or where required by law.

If you believe that content available on Welldux infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, you may contact us with sufficient details so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

You retain ownership of the content you create and submit to Welldux, including courses, assignments, discussions, reviews, comments, and other materials. However, by submitting content to the platform, you grant Welldux a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, modify (where necessary for technical or formatting purposes), and make your content available through the Services.

This license allows Welldux to:

• Deliver and display your content to authorized users.
• Promote courses and educational content through marketing and promotional activities.
• Improve, maintain, and operate the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Welldux is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, disputes, or claims arising from:

• Interactions between users, instructors, or third parties.
• Third-party websites, services, or advertisements.
• Temporary interruptions, technical issues, or service unavailability.

The Welldux platform, including its website, applications, software, design, logos, trademarks, databases, APIs, and all content created or owned by Welldux (excluding user-generated content), is the exclusive property of Welldux and is protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or with prior written authorization, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Welldux platform.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code of the platform or its software.

The following terms apply to users who subscribe to any paid subscription plan offered by Welldux ("Subscription Plan"). By purchasing or using a Subscription Plan, you agree to these additional terms.

8.1 Subscription Plans

A Subscription Plan provides you with a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the courses, features, and services included in your selected plan during the active subscription period. Access is available only while your subscription remains valid and may not be shared or transferred to another person.

Welldux reserves the right to modify, replace, or remove any content or feature included in a Subscription Plan where required by law, licensing agreements, technical requirements, or platform policies.

8.2 Subscription Management

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your Subscription Plan at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and your access to subscription-only content and features will end upon expiration of the subscription period. Canceling a subscription does not delete your Welldux account.

8.3 Free Trials and Automatic Renewal

Welldux may offer free trials for selected Subscription Plans. Unless canceled before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and renew according to the selected billing cycle (monthly or annually).

Automatic renewal will continue until you cancel your subscription.

8.4 Billing and Payments

By subscribing, you authorize Welldux and its payment service providers to charge your selected payment method for all applicable subscription fees and taxes.

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in Section 3 (Payments, Pricing, and Refunds). If payment cannot be processed, Welldux may suspend or terminate your subscription until payment is successfully completed.

Welldux may revise subscription pricing or features from time to time. Any changes will apply to future billing cycles after reasonable notice has been provided.

8.5 Acceptable Use of Subscription Features

Subscription features, including premium tools, virtual labs, AI-powered services, collaborative workspaces, and other interactive resources, must be used only for their intended educational purposes.

Users may not:

• Share subscription access with others.
• Use subscription features for unlawful or commercial activities.
• Interfere with the security, performance, or operation of the platform.
• Upload malicious software or misuse platform resources.

8.6 Subscription Disclaimer

Welldux does not guarantee that any specific course, instructor, feature, or service will remain available throughout the subscription period. We may update, replace, suspend, or discontinue content or subscription features at any time to improve the platform, comply with legal obligations, or maintain service quality.

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Welldux regarding your use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings relating to the platform.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Welldux's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of its right to enforce that or any other provision in the future.
